Hello everyone，my name is Jessica Meir.I am an astronaut.I work on the International Space Station （ISS）.Today，I will tell you something about what life is like on the ISS.
The ISS has over 425 m3 of living space.I work here with astronauts from the United States，Russia，Japan，Canada and several other European countries.
When we are on the ISS，we have to follow a daily schedule（計劃）.It tells us when to get up，eat，exercise，work，relax and go to sleep.We spend about two hours each day exercising.Without exercise，we will lose some muscle （肌肉） because of the microgravity （微重力） environment in space.
We eat food specially made for space astronauts.Some foods，such as cakes，can be eaten in space just the way they are eaten on the Earth.But some other foods are real challenges.For example，when you're in space，you can't shake salt onto food，because the salt will fly away.As a result，we have to use special liquid （液體） salt.
When we are not busy working on the ISS，we can relax and have fun in different ways.Like most of you，we love to listen to music，read books，play cards，watch movies and talk with our family members.
