Here's how to manage your tasks．

Before you try to sort（把…分類） your tasks in order of importance，take the time to make a list of everything that you want to finish．Divide your list into parts for different types of tasks，such as daily or weekly tasks，necessary tasks and unnecessary tasks．
   ● Organize your list．Once you've listed everything，you can figure out what to do first and organize your schedule．You can organize your tasks according to whether they are important or what the value of a task is．（3）

   ● Batch（分批處理） tasks．Batching tasks is one of the most useful ways to get those tasks done．Batching simply means you work on the same type of task again and again before starting something else．（4）

Then you deal with those tasks at the same time using that work process．
   ● Delete tasks．Once you've listed all your tasks and sorted them correctly，it will become clear which tasks are at the bottom of the list．（5）

However，if that's not possible，you have to decide whether to schedule time for them or to delete them．You may have tasks on your list that you do not have to do or even want to do，but you feel pressured at some point．These can be deleted entirely．
