Sara Hinesley is 10 years old.She just won the 2019 Nicholas Maxim Award for her cursive (草書) handwriting. Now she is a third-grader at St.John Regional Catholic School in Maryljye.ai.And she is the first person from her school to win this award. She can write in English as well as some Chinese. However,Sara's win is very special. She was born without hands.

She does everything well you throw at her,and she gives it her best.'
Some people who do not have hands choose to wear a prosthetic--a man-made body part.Wearing one can be very helpful, but Sara has never worn one. "She does not want any help," her mother,Cathryn Hinesley, said. "Sara likes to do things herself. She just knows that she can do it and she'll find her own way."
In her free time,Sara likes to draw things that are around her, like sunflowers. She enjoys swimming, too. "Every day I am very surprised at the things she is able to do," her mother said. "Sara is not afraid of any problem. She finds a way to solve it on her own."
