Nowadays，there are more and more children suffered from nearsightedness，that is mainly caused by incorrect reading and writing postures and overuse of the eves.Here is some tips for we teenagers to prevent it.
First of all，rest your eyes each half an hour，for example，looking out for about one or two minutes，or closing your eves for 30 second or so.Second，when you read or write，ensure that you sit up as upright （挺直地） possible and mind the gap between the eyes or the books.Finally，always make sure there is good light，which holds the key to a good vision.If we pay more attention to these，we can protected our eyes better.組卷：0引用：2難度：0.5
